He focuses on methodical weight training that builds lean muscle, burns fat, and increases strength while supporting metabolic health. Zach’s training methods aren’t just about lifting weights—they’re about optimising movement, improving biomechanics, and creating a body that functions at its best.
Zachs bootcamp sessions are high-energy, fun, and results-driven, combining boxing drills, strength training, endurance work, and HIIT-style workouts to build full-body fitness. These sessions are designed to help you increase power, speed, and cardiovascular endurance while sculpting lean muscle and improving metabolic health.
Zach is also a mobile personal trainer, bringing the gym to you with a fully equipped trailer stocked with everything needed for a customised training session. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, increase strength, or simply improve fitness without stepping into a gym, Zach tailors each session to suit your needs. His personal training is ideal for those who prefer privacy, convenience, and a focused one-on-one approach.
